Trikaya Real Estate Group has been in the business of real estate development and investment in the Czech Republic since 2010. It specializes in the second largest Czech city — Brno, where it has implemented several successful development projects — Neumanka Housing, Erasmus Residence and three phases of Ponavia Residence.

Ponavia residence III
Completed 2023
The follow-up phase of Ponavia Residence in a desirable location in the Královo Pole district brought 72 residential units to the Brno market. The shared entrance to the courtyard with the previous phase of the development creates a compact enclosed space with a protected inner wing.
Ponavia residence II

Ponavia Residence II is a continuation of the very successful first phase, which was sold out before completion. Close to the centre of Brno, on the corner of U Červeného mlýna and Střední Street, a new housing with 104 flats of 1 + kk to 4 + kk layout was built.

Finished 2016
Ponavia Residence offered those interested in new housing 80 flats near the centre of Brno — at the corner of U Červeného mlýna and Staňkova streets. Instead of a dilapidated and abandoned factory, new housing with underground parking and greenery in the courtyard was built. In this apartment building you will find one- to four-bedroom layouts.

A residential complex called Neumanka with 47 apartments has been built on Neumannova Street in the sought-after Masaryk district of Brno. The Masaryk district is known as one of the best residential areas in the city.
Residence Erasmus
Completed in 2011
The Erasmus Residence is a modern apartment complex with ten floors above ground and one underground floor. The project also includes a private terrace with greenery and a barbecue area. Residents can conveniently park their cars in the underground parking garage.
OC Futurum Brno
