After a very successful two stages, Ponavia Residence III will offer another 72 new apartments. The construction of new housing with underground parking and greenery in the courtyard will continue near the center of Brno on Střední Street. In this apartment building you will find one-room to four-room layouts.

The new building with eight floors will be connected to the Ponavia residence II building. The appearance of the house will be the same as the previous stage so that the new construction does not disturb the character of the current construction. The apartment building will have a separate entrance from Střední Street with a spacious entrance hall. There will be a bicycle shed on the ground floor. Most apartments have a balcony or terrace.

The layouts of the individual apartments were designed with regard to practical everyday use. All multi-room apartments have a separate toilet and pantry.

As part of our projects, we always strive to improve housing standards. During construction, we use modern sand-lime bricks, which have excellent thermal and acoustic properties. Also used plastic windows with triple glazing are adapted to maximum comfort.

The location of the project has excellent civic amenities and accessibility to the center. Within a few minutes walk you can reach a number of sports facilities – swimming pool, hockey halls, fitness, tennis courts and more. You can walk straight along Střední Street to Lužánky Park and on the way back you can stop at one of the many restaurants and cafés on Štefánikova Street. From the nearby Šumavská tram stop, it is only a 5-minute drive to Moravské náměstí.

The new building was sensitively set into the surrounding buildings. The architectural design from the workshop of the a69 architects office creates a sober and functional apartment building with an emphasis on the benefit and comfort of future residents.
